About this space

This 12-person meeting room is available to book from 9 am to 5 pm at £110 per hour plus VAT. It has a large wooden table surrounded by upholstered chairs in a soft beige tone. One wall is painted in a muted red color with horizontal wooden panels, and there is a wide window that brings in natural light and shows the city buildings outside. A green plant in the corner adds a fresh look to the room.

The room is equipped with an HD screen with HDMI connections and adapters, as well as a Yealink wide-angle videoconferencing camera. There is plug-and-play AV, a whiteboard with pens, and fast WiFi. Self-serve tea and coffee are included, and you can book serviced tea, coffee, and biscuits for £5 per person after confirming your reservation. Catering options are also available once booked, and on-site support is provided by the Dream Team.

Cancellations made more than seven days in advance receive a full refund, cancellations between two and seven days receive a 50% refund, and cancellations made less than two days before the booking are non-refundable.

Minimum Spend: £200 for meeting rooms. £500 for event spaces.
Cancellation: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than seven days' notice.
Guest List: All bookings must contain a guest list. Failure to provide one may result in a delayed check in and £10 fee for every unexpected attendee. Please send the guest list over 24 hours ahead of your booking.
Cleaning: Kindly ensure that you tidy up after your booking, including any communal areas utilised. Failure to do so may result in a £25 cleaning fee.
