Kanishka focusses on the unexplored cuisine from seven sisters of India - the North East which are - Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura. It has a food culture that is as vibrant as its heritage and as beautiful as its people.
