A rectangular studio with a low suspended ceiling, wood-effect laminate floor and neutral painted walls. Side windows supply daylight and the open floor area provides unobstructed space for movement and camera setups.

Room features: The studio supports rehearsals and recorded sessions using a full-length mirrored wall for choreography checks and camera reference and an on-site PA system for music playback and cueing. Wi-Fi is available for file transfer and remote direction, and storage space is provided for props and equipment.

Best for: Dance rehearsals, movement classes, choreography filming and small-scale video shoots.

What sets it apart: An illuminated feature wall fitted with coloured LED tubes creates a built-in, visually distinctive backdrop for filming and promotional imagery.
