• Booking & Guest Numbers: The veranda must be booked in advance, with guest numbers agreed upon before the event.
• Arrival Times: Please arrive at your agreed booking time. Any early access or extensions must be arranged with the team.
• Food & Drinks: All food and drinks must be purchased through Turtle Bay. No outside food or alcohol is permitted unless agreed in advance.
• Respect the Space: Please treat the veranda, furniture and decorations with care. Any damage caused during the booking may incur additional charges.
• Music & Noise: Please be mindful of other guests and staff. Music and noise must remain at a reasonable level.
• Decorations: Decorations must be approved by the venue team beforehand. Confetti, glitter and anything that may cause damage or create a safety risk are not permitted.
• Smoking: Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas.
• Safety & Access: Fire exits and walkways must remain clear at all times. Please follow all instructions from venue staff.
• Behaviour: Respectful behaviour is expected from all guests. The venue reserves the right to intervene if behaviour becomes inappropriate or disruptive.
• End of Booking: The space must be vacated at the agreed finish time unless an extension has been approved by the team.
