• The studio must be left in the same condition it was found.
• Any furniture, props, or equipment moved during your booking must be returned to its original position before departure.
• Please dispose of all rubbish and personal items before leaving.
• Noise levels should be kept reasonable out of consideration for neighbouring businesses.
• Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• The booker is responsible for any damage caused during the booking period.
• Only the number of guests included in the booking may attend unless agreed in advance.
• No illegal activities, hazardous materials, or dangerous substances are permitted on the premises.
• The studio is monitored externally for security purposes.
• Access instructions and entry codes must not be shared with anyone outside your booking.
• Please ensure the studio is securely locked when leaving.
• 24/7 access is available, but all guests must respect the premises and surrounding area when arriving or departing outside standard business hours.
