Host rules

• The Venue Manager has full authority over all events and reserves the right to make decisions regarding health & safety, security, licensing, and the overall running of the event.
• 54 Liverpool reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, or in breach of the venue's policies.
• All guests must comply with Challenge 25. Valid photographic ID may be required for entry.
• The venue operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards illegal drugs, violence, and abusive behaviour.
• The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all guests attending their event.
• Maximum venue capacities must not be exceeded (1,000 standing / 300 seated).
• No food or beverages may be brought into the venue unless agreed in writing by management.
• Decorations, staging, or equipment may only be installed with prior approval from the venue management.
• No items may be attached to walls, ceilings, lighting rigs, or fixtures without written permission.
• All music and entertainment must comply with the venue's licensing conditions and agreed finish times.
• The venue reserves the right to amend room layouts or event logistics where necessary for operational or safety reasons.
• Any damage caused to the venue, fixtures, furniture, or equipment by the hirer or their guests will be chargeable.
• Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
• Emergency exits and fire routes must remain clear at all times.
• The venue accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Any external suppliers (e.g. DJs, photographers, decorators, entertainers) must be approved by venue management before the event.
• Final guest numbers, catering requirements, and event details must be confirmed prior to the event date.
• The Venue Manager's decision on operational, licensing, and safety matters is final.
