Host rules
• No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the venue.
• No outside food or beverages may be brought into the venue unless agreed in advance by management.
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Decorations are welcome but must be approved in advance. Confetti, glitter, candles with naked flames, and items that may damage the venue are not permitted.
• Any entertainment, DJs or live performers must be agreed with the venue prior to the event.
• Music volume and entertainment must comply with our licensing requirements and venue policies.
• The organiser is responsible for the behaviour of all guests attending the event.
• Any damage caused to the venue, furniture or equipment may be charged to the event organiser.
• Food and beverage purchased elsewhere may not be consumed on the premises unless previously authorised.
• Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest in accordance with responsible licensing laws.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive or disruptive.
• All guests must vacate the private dining room by the agreed finish time unless an extension has been arranged in advance.
• Any special dietary requirements or allergies should be communicated prior to the event to allow us to cater appropriately.
• Final guest numbers and any menu selections must be confirmed by the agreed deadline before the event.
