Food and drinks from outside purveyors cannot be consumed within the premises at 39 SVP. Flexible Working offices reserve the right to charge a cover charge of an amount equal to an equivalent product available at 39 SVP if this term is violated.

Filming on the premises is only allowed if agreed upon by Flexible Working Offices. In the case of filming without permission a location fee may be charged.

Nice clean and professional space. Very quiet, great location to the city centre and transport links. All the tech worked and the ability to share to the screen direct from an apple device without cables made it all the more seamless.

Yes. There are two functioning lifts to the first floor for the meeting rooms. Alternatively, the private parking garage provides direct lift access from the basement to the first floor.

No. The front entrance has nine steps from the street to the door, followed by a break and seven steps to access the lift; these are the only steps required via the front door. Alternatively, access is available via the private parking garage, with direct lift access from the basement to the first floor.
