Important Information:
• You are welcome to decorate and make the space your own or hire a decor company to set up
• We do not permit confetti or confetti filled balloons
• Minimum numbers apply: minimum 20 guests for daytime events, minimum 40 guests for weekend evening events in our Apartment and, £1000 minimum spend require for weekday events
• Guests under 18 years old are welcome to stay up until 9:30pm (excludes 18th-20th birthday parties)
• Strictly 18+ for 18th and 19th birthday parties
• Bookings are secured and confirmed once we receive the full room hire payment (non-refundable)
• No outside catering permitted
• Occasion cakes, cupcakes, sweets, crisps are allowed- stritcly no nuts
• No outside drinks permitted - this includes any miniatures in party bags

Guest under 18 not allowed unless accompanied by an adult after 21:00
Host rules
Bookings
• We require full payment of the room hire fee to secure your chosen event date/booking. Payments are non-refundable.
• Saint Judes reserves the right to cancel your event at any given time without prior notice, this can also extend to events that don’t meet minimum requirements.
Decorations
• We do allow decorations in our private suites but ask that ONLY white tac is used on painted walls. Any damage to any surfaces/property as a result of using other adhesives or abusive behaviour will result in a penalty charge liable to the event organiser.
• No confetti is permitted in our function suites under any circumstances.
Personal Property
• We will work with you to the best of our ability to recover any lost or left behind items. But Saint Judes does not take any responsibility for left or lost items. It is the responsibility of the event organiser to ensure this information is relayed to guests.
Persons Under 18
• Our license permits young persons or children under the age of 18 in the venue until 9:30pm.
• Exception: For 18-19-20 Birthday parties and for Condo bookings every guest is required to be 18 or over.
Disabled Access
• Unfortunately, our venue does not have wheelchair access or a lift.
Outside catering
• We DO NOT allow any outside catering, this includes food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Cakes and/ or similar are however allowed.
