Cabin 1 is an Event Space in Lo Lounge, a sheltered private cabin that opens directly onto a timber deck and outdoor seating area.
Design: The cabin has a maritime-industrial appearance, featuring painted corrugated panels, exposed fixings and black metal shutters. The interior feels compact and functional, and large service openings allow plentiful daylight into the space.
Features: A built-in PA system and speakers are provided, and the hire permits playing your own music or bringing a DJ subject to venue noise restrictions. Accessible toilets are available and the cabin benefits from abundant natural light.
Ideal for: Small social groups seeking a relaxed, informal gathering that mixes standing socialising and casual seated arrangements.

Guest under 18 not allowed unless accompanied by an adult
Host rules
-All events require payment in full of all pre-purchased extras no later than 2 weeks before the event date.
-All on the day consumption charges must be settled on the night of the event.
- If you supply your own food a waiver MUST be signed.
- A guest list is to be provided a week before your event.
Children
-Any children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
-Children are to vacate the premises by 9pm.
-For 18th Birthday parties there must be an equal amount of over 25's to the 18-year-olds.
Music And Noise Pollution
-As an outside venue we always do everything to minimise sound and disruption to the neighbours.
-Noise/music levels are to be no more than 86 DB.
-Music in outside areas will stop at 10pm in accordance with our licence.
-Music inside will remain at normal levels until 12am in accordance with our licence.
-Bass level will be monitored by the Manager/Assistant Manger and reduced accordingly.
-Manager/Assistant Manager etc reserve the right to adjust and control sound and bass levels to comply with our risk assessment and music licence.
-We ask all promoters/DJ’s/Bands/Outside event co-ordinators to be aware of the above.
Sound Equipment
-The SSE is our in-house system and must be respected.
-Please make all performers aware they cannot over drive the system.
-Any defects/damages will be reversed back to the promoter/performer.
-You can hire the use of our sound equipment for a fee.
-If your performer is bringing their own equipment they will need to contact our Manager to discuss their needs and we require documentation of insurances.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy and age verification will be required. Guests are lucky enough to look younger than this. We advise ID is brought to avoid any delays or non entry.
No beverages or food are allowed to be brought into the venue.
All gift bags/party bags must be checked and will be placed in a secure area.
We will not tolerate inappropriate behaviour.
