General Conduct - Guests must treat the venue, staff, and neighbouring properties with respect at all times.
Anti-social behaviour, excessive intoxication, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or end an event early if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

Decorations are welcome but must be agreed in advance.
No confetti, glitter, wall adhesives, nails, screws, or open flames (including candles) unless approved by management.
Nothing may be fixed to walls, ceilings, or fixtures without prior consent.
The booking organiser is responsible for any major damage caused by guests.

All alcohol consumed on the premises must be purchased through the venue.
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the building.
Smoking is permitted in a designated outdoor areas.
