About this space
The gallery is set over three floors with the ground floor access from Sidney Street.
Ground Floor 565sq ft with a further 2687sq ft over a mezzanine level and large third floor open gallery space. The sweeping staircase and huge windows create a light filled focal point.
Towards the rear of the third floor is the media room with projector seating for small groups and a sound booth.
There are two WC's and a small kitchen area with a sink and a fridge.
The space has wonderful galleried landings and balconies.

Guests under 18 are not allowed

No Smoking.
No Cooking within the property.
No alcohol after 10pm.
Rear office space area is not included and access is not allowed.
The booking will be attended by a member of our staff to supervise the artwork, not to service the booking.
Property must be vacated by 10:00pm promptly.
Any damages must be paid for on the evening.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
