Everything was just so perfect Amazing staff, very welcoming and helpful. Exceptional service from begin to end. We hosted a baby shower on Valentine’s Day. Obviously an expected busy day but we received excellent service. They communicated very well throughout the week to start our event earlier to allow for the busy evening for other customers. We had our dining set up for 3 hours and enjoyed amazing Italian cuisines, then moved upstairs to the terrace for drinks, cake and the rest of the party program. The soon to be mom and dad were very happy and all our guests. Special thanks to Umut, whom I believe may be the restaurant manager👌🏾 Amazing, and the rest of the team. Thank you all 🙌🏽❤️

We recently held our baby shower at The Counting House and had a really lovely experience overall. The team were friendly, attentive, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The food and drinks were excellent and came out in good time, and the service throughout was warm and professional. The venue itself is also great—well kept, welcoming, and a nice atmosphere for a celebration. The only thing worth noting is that it can feel a bit cramped for around 20 people, so if you’re planning a group that size it’s something to keep in mind. Aside from that, we couldn’t fault it and would happily recommend The Counting House for an event.

We had a great experience overall! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and everyone enjoyed the delicious food and drinks selection. The space was exactly as described, and the layout and setup looked absolutely amazing. The only minor issue was that we couldn’t access the venue early to set up before our guests arrived, which cut into our event time. Additionally, there was a change to a festive menu from the time of our enquiry, and we weren’t informed until after booking. That said, the positives far outweighed these small hiccups, and we’d happily recommend the venue for its atmosphere, staff, and overall quality!

The venue is beautiful and they were very accommodating with regards to bringing our own decoration and layout. Communication was great, and the servers were great. loved that we had our own private entrance, bar and could play our own music via spotify. Food was tasty and there were lots of veggie options for our veggie guests. Thank you Talisman team for helping us to host our wonderful baby shower!

The last Talisman was a great venue to have my baby shower! Dovile and Cecile were amazing. The communication was straight forward and super helpful. The guests loved the space, the venue is so beautifully decorated so I really didn’t need much decoration. The food was also really good! The staff was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone I know!

Starting from the beginning, the team were fantastic and easy to speak with to plan everything I wanted. Chloe put up with a lot of messages from me up to the day of the event! Fast forward to today, the event is easy to get to, the space was perfect, easily held 70 people! The staff on site was incredible - so much love for Lizzy for being so helpful. We were able to set up just in time and food and drink was fantastic (seriously, the food was complimented a lot)! They also had a projector we could use which was perfectly to set up a back drop and also play our gender reveal video, plus music for the event. The view was spectacular especially when it got darker. All in all, I highly recommend the Doggett as the go-to venue for any kind of event and would really consider again if I plan another party!

We were looking for a nice unique place to have a baby shower and this venue was perfect! The boat was moored at Paddington basin and it was really private and the location was great. We had everything we needed on board. Elizabeth was so helpful and everything went really smoothly.
