Karen was extremely helpful and attentive that helped alleviate the stress and pressur that comes with planning a wedding. All our last minute messages and requests were attended to in a friendly manner!
I loved the professionalism displayed by Hailey when taking us through the venue, and her attention to detail. She provided great insights into options available, and their pros and cons
We asked for the wedding cake to be provided at the end of the event, and it wasn't, so I had to go back to get it. Also, we brought a tray (a Christmas box lid) which clearly identified that this was returned to us at the end, however this wasn't the case. There was little communication to us from Amora after this, and it seemed little interest also. We never received this back.
Venue is magnificent and Hailey was the best. She made everything as planned shes been through from day one. I really appreciate her service provided to us, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order. Amora should be happy to have someone like Hailey at service. Overall hotel is really good, we also got a complimentary Breakfast, champagne and chocolates. since we booked a hotel room prior night. Rooms are clean and had everything needed. Staff is friendly, breakfast buffet is good with many varieties.
Customer service was outstanding, food quality was great however quantity for lunch may not have been just about enough to service the 23 attendees although we have catered for 25. I will certainly be booking future functions at this venue and will also recommend to colleagues moving forward... thank you
