thank you Molly. we only need the basic package for the day to include tea and coffee on arrival, lunch we wont need afternoon tea. i wonder if you could also give me a quote for dinner at 6.30pm for 23 people sit down, ideally 4 tables. also we would like the conference room to be boardroom style if possible
