The Joinery is a converted warehouse in West End, not far from the CBD, and you get the whole place to yourself when you book it. No shared spaces, no other events running alongside yours.
Inside, it’s open and flexible. High ceilings, exposed brick, concrete floors, and simple finishes that you can dress up or keep minimal. It’s one of those spaces that can shift pretty easily depending on what you’re planning.
It holds up to about 300 people standing or 200 seated, so it works for both smaller gatherings and bigger events like weddings, launches, or work functions.
Catering is handled by Chez Nous Catering, with menus tailored to the event, or simpler options if you don’t want to overthink it. You can also bring your own alcohol, which gives you a bit more control over the bar.
There’s an events team to help run things from the start through to the night, so you’re not figuring it all out on your own.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.
