A versatile 150m² café-style event space with an adjoining 60m² photography studio, offering a unique combination of polished café interiors and open creative space.
The venue features existing café tables, booths, lounge seating and movable furniture, with the photography studio providing additional open floor space and a built-in cyclorama.
Designed for up to 150 guests, the space can be kept as-is or rearranged to suit private parties, engagements, brand activations, launches, corporate events, workshops and creative productions.

• The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all guests and suppliers during the booking.
• BYO alcohol is permitted for private events. Alcohol must not be sold.
• External catering and BYO food are permitted.
• Bar Access: The café/bar counter is available for serving BYO drinks and general event use. Café stock, coffee/matcha supplies, commercial equipment and back-of-house areas are not included in the hire.
• Back-of-house, recording studios, offices and staff-only areas are not included in the hire.
• Setup, styling and pack-down are the responsibility of the hirer.
• Furniture may be rearranged but must be returned to its original position after the event.
• Decorations, equipment and external hire items must be removed during the allocated pack-down period.
• The venue must be left in a reasonable condition after the event.
• Any damage to the venue, furniture or equipment may be charged to the hirer.
• No permanent fixtures, drilling, painting or alterations to the venue are permitted.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue.
• Guests must be respectful of neighbouring businesses and surrounding properties when entering and leaving.
• Events must finish by 12:00am.
• Hire includes 1 hour before the event for setup and 1 hour after for pack-down. These periods are not additional event hours.
• All events must comply with venue requirements and applicable laws and regulations.
