The high ceilings and exposed brick walls bring a raw character for rehearsals and performances. It includes adjustable lighting, AC, and a sound system.
For staging a dance production or hosting an acting workshop, our venue adapts easily! This larger studio space is perfect for community events, yoga classes, children’s screenings, and more. Reserve this inspiring space for your next creative occasion.
Prices
- Full Day (8 hours): $540 – Ideal for longer workshops, intensives, and full-day rehearsals.
- Half Day (4 hours): $270 – Perfect for shorter sessions, classes, or rehearsals that don’t require a full-day commitment.

- Footwear: Ensure your footwear doesn’t damage our vinyl dance flooring.
- Cleanliness: Leave the studio clean and orderly. An hourly cleaning fee applies if extra cleaning is required.
- Sound: Keep music volume low to avoid disrupting adjacent studios and neighboring businesses. Notify us in advance if you need a quiet environment for filming or auditions.
- Restricted Activities: Loud activities, including group tap dance and live music, are not allowed from Monday to Friday during business hours.
- Parking: Do not block the car park driveway access.
- Liability & Safety: You are fully responsible for any injuries or damages during your hire. Ensure you adhere to safe practices and maintain up-to-date insurance, certifications, and qualifications relevant to your activity.
