- Footwear: Ensure your footwear doesn’t damage our vinyl dance flooring.
- Cleanliness: Leave the studio clean and orderly. An hourly cleaning fee applies if extra cleaning is required.
- Sound: Keep music volume low to avoid disrupting adjacent studios and neighboring businesses. Notify us in advance if you need a quiet environment for filming or auditions.
- Restricted Activities: Loud activities, including group tap dance and live music, are not allowed from Monday to Friday during business hours.
- Parking: Do not block the car park driveway access.
- Liability & Safety: You are fully responsible for any injuries or damages during your hire. Ensure you adhere to safe practices and maintain up-to-date insurance, certifications, and qualifications relevant to your activity.

We offer professional-grade Harlequin sprung floors, layered with dance vinyl. Wheelchair accessibility, a unisex bathroom, and convenient changing rooms are provided. Guests have access to a car park.
