No open flames, candles, or pyrotechnics without prior approval.
No excessive noise or loitering outside please respect our neighbours.
Do not move large furniture or props without assistance from our team.
Studio time includes setup and pack-down — please book accordingly.
Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.
Animals/pets only permitted with prior approval (service animals excepted).
Keep entryways and fire exits clear at all times.
