The boardroom contains a long rectangular timber table and ergonomic black swivel chairs while the breakout area is fitted with a round timber table and moulded black chairs.

Features: The space includes a wall-mounted flat-screen display, high-speed Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. The layout provides a long conference table for presentations and a smaller round table for breakout conversations. • The space is for professional meetings, training, workshops, interviews and similar business activities only.
• Maximum capacity is 16 people across the boardroom and breakout area.
• One allocated on-site car park is available near the bins. All other guests must use available on-street parking and must not park in spaces allocated to neighbouring businesses.
• Guests must remain within the designated meeting, breakout and kitchenette areas unless otherwise directed by the host.
• No smoking or vaping inside the building.
• No parties or functions.
• Alcohol is not permitted unless approved by the host prior to the booking.
• Guests are welcome to bring food or arrange catering. Please leave the kitchenette and meeting areas tidy after use.
• Furniture may be repositioned if required but must be returned to its original position at the end of the booking.
• Please take reasonable care of the TV, whiteboard, furniture, kitchenette and other facilities. Damage caused during a booking may result in additional charges.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Bookings must finish by the agreed finishing time.
• The meeting space is located upstairs and is accessed via one flight of stairs. There is no lift or wheelchair access.
