About this space

Alfresco Whole is a Terrace in The Sporting Globe Chermside and is defined by its covered, split-level outdoor deck.

Design: The terrace pairs dark timber banquette seating and metal-framed high tables against tiled flooring and planted borders. The space has open sides, ceiling fans and pendant lighting that allow natural daylight and airflow.

Features: The terrace provides fixed banquette booths, high-top tables and freestanding tables to create mixed seating zones. The space includes a PA system and speakers, and permits hosts to play their own music or bring a DJ; Wi‑Fi is available. The area has step-free access, wheelchair-accessible routes and accessible toilets nearby.

Ideal for: Groups of friends or colleagues seeking a relaxed, social standing reception or an informal seated meal.

What guests say: The terrace is quieter and more relaxed than the interior and suits a low-key, people-watching experience. The space has multiple large screens so sport remains visible from the deck.
