With our completely private and exlusive space in an unparalleled location, eSpace is a unique function venue in Brisbane. Located a short stroll from Howard Smith Wharves on the fringe of the CBD, eSpace gives you not just the most exclusive location, but an incredibly stunning space for your event.
At eSpace you will enjoy rustic light concrete floors, exposed red brick walls, exposed ceiling beams, beautiful archways, a 6m long white studio wall, cozy seating nooks, and an open-plan space.

We have two options, option one being a venue hire fee of $1000 - $1500 inc GST (Includes bar staff, glassware etc) and a minimum bar spend of $2500 - $4500 inc GST to hire the space - please note catering is not included in the minimum spend. Just to give some perspective, I planned a surprise 40th for my sister from New Zealand.
Most venues I communicated with were very slow at getting back to me which isn’t ideal when planning from another country.
ESpace Brisbane communication was fast and easy to book.
The space is everything I didn’t know I wanted for the night. You really don’t need to add much especially if you’re on a budget.
We had Flynn and Catelyn as our bar attendants and they were so friendly and the most amazing hosts. Thank you guys for being so good to us :)
It’s a hidden gem for sure. My sister had no idea where we were going because you can’t tell the space is there which worked out perfectly.
I would 100% recommend this space to any and everyone looking to host a private event.
Thank you eSpace Brisbane. Everyone raved about the venue and how I even found it.
The space is something else when the lights are off, with the fairy lights on ceiling.
I could’ve hired any other space but I think the venue is what adds and excites everyone, giving them a next level experience.
I might sound a bit over the top lol but that’s how much I loved this venue.
What an amazing night we had. Thank you again.
Cons: no parking on site, access to set up earlier than 1 hour is an extra cost.

Alex took care of our event organisation and was BEYOND helpful and accomodating in everything we needed. Nothing was too hard, and everything we asked for was accommodated without hesitation.
Alex and Josh took care of us on the night of our event, and were so great in helping us get the event space set up and again packed down.
This is a great venue space, and one we will look to use again for future events because of their exceptional hospitality.
