Location is great
There was a man fixing the toilet when guests arrived. Meeting was on 15 Feb, I'd ordered catering at a cost of £308. There was no catering, no lunch, not a single tea, coffee or water. My boss was told there was no catering ordered (as opposed to "let me check that for you"). Lunch was eventually provided but it threw all the timings out for the meeting. A coffee urn was brought in, interrupting the meeting. My boss was told that something would be sorted out in terms of compensation. Almost one week later and I have not heard one word, no compensation and not even a written apology. Very disappointed.
It was nice, functional, perfectly suitable for a briefing session this was intended for. The staff was nice and helpful. Would recommend.
Lovely room and great size for our group
No-one answered the door so we waited outside for a while. The stairs and a million doors made the space quite tight. The room was very hot so we had to open all the windows which meant the noise from the street came in.
