Our second time using this venue and we have been very happy on both occasions. Very conveniently located near Waterloo and it is good to have the street food options on Lower Marsh to choose an interesting lunch from. Attention to our needs through the day was great and we particularly enjoyed an iced coffee brought to us by the host on what was a very hot day!

The location is great and close to everything. It also has the basic amenities needed to conduct a training course. Kevin is responsive and helpful on the website.
The street itself feels old and did not leave a good impression on our MD. Also, during the training, Kevin was not as responsive to our consultant, which created a negative impression.
