Great communication, excellent customer service prior to and during the event. The food was great value and good quality. All items came out hot and the plates were regularly cleared away. The space was warm, clean and well equipped for our event.
No non-alcoholic drinks package options offered (although we were provided with additional information when we enquired). Toilets for the general area were located through the space provided to us, were weren't informed of this beforehand. Perhaps a sign to inform general customers that they will be entering a private area. We were warned that people have had their belongings stolen previously, so were on 'alter' every time a customer from the main restaurant area came upstairs to use the toilet. No option to play our own music as the PA system played throughout the entire venue. Perhaps being permitted to bring our own speaker for the upstairs private events. This may have helped drown out the very loud music from the venue opposite!
The food was very good and the view off course. The lone waiter tried his best
One of the reasons I went with this venue specifically is that they said I could have a DJ. Only for them to tell me at the last minute I could nòt. Very very disappointing. Waiter was inexperienced and it was too much for him. He did a valiant job. They did not bother to clean the place/space. How dismissive is that?!

We source all our ingredients ethically. At Paradiso that means buying only higher-welfare chickens from the Soane family farm in the Yorkshire Wolds. And it means making sure we use every part of them, so that nothing is wasted. It feeds our passion and creativity, and it makes for more exciting menus too. As much as we love chicken, we’re just as creative when it comes to catering for vegan eating too. For us, balance is always an important part of our offer. That means eating ethically. Whatever your tastes.
