The food was lovely and venue was perfect for what we wanted and the staff worked really hard to help get it set up despite a few technical difficulties. Would definitely book again.
Speedy response - Much appreciated!
From booking our wedding to organising the big day...
There was not much communication, hard to get in touch with staff, family members found it difficult to book rooms, reception staff unhelpful on booking a taxi for my mum. They ended up standing outside the hotel for 30 minutes awaiting on a taxi.
John was absolutely amazing, very polite, professional and attentive.
Compliments to the chef as the meal was lovely, thank you for being so accommodating to our guests dietary requirements.
It would have also have been good to have someone meet my wife to be in the morning when the florist arrived at the hotel. The venue room was locked and when my wife to be asked for Leva she was informed she hadn't arrived yet. The reception staff were unhelpful and wife says it seemed very disorganised.
