Escape the city on our private 3-acre equestrian ranch tucked into the scenic hills of Sand Canyon, just outside Los Angeles. Mature trees, mountain views, and open skies set a peaceful, authentically rustic scene ā€” this isn't a staged western set, it's a working horse ranch with real horses.

Perfect for: photo & video shoots, film and television productions, lifestyle and western-themed content, commercials, music videos, intimate gatherings, wellness retreats, and creative workshops. The space: horse stalls, spacious corrals, riding arena and round pen, expansive open areas for sets and rigs, canyon scenery and rustic fencing. Private and secluded, yet minutes from LA and Santa Clarita.

Please note: horses and other ranch animals live on site but are not available for production use or lease. Riding-facility access, production equipment, and special setups are arranged in advance and subject to approval.

Full 12-hour production days are priced on request ($2,000ā€“$5,000+ range).
