About Heritage Headquarters

Heritage Headquarters is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.

Heritage Headquarters (HHQ) is a flexible, warehouse-style venue in downtown Phoenix, inside the Lawrence Building. It has that industrial look, but it’s set up in a way that still feels organised and ready for professional events.

There’s about 15,000 square feet of space, and you can move things around depending on what you’re planning. It works just as well for leadership offsites and training sessions as it does for networking events or larger company gatherings.

In terms of capacity, you can host up to 450 people standing, or around 250 seated for presentations or dining. The layout still flows well at that size, and there’s parking nearby, which helps for a downtown location.

There are a few different rooms you can use depending on your setup. The Gallery is good for receptions, mixers, or presentations. La Escuela works well for workshops or breakout sessions. The Legado Boardroom is more suited to smaller, focused meetings, especially for leadership groups. There’s also El Patio, an outdoor space that’s useful for breaks or smaller, more casual moments during the event.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
