The 8820 Estate is a garden wedding and event venue in North Ridgeville, Ohio, with indoor, outdoor and covered outdoor settings for up to 200 guests. Gardens and a covered pavilion provide a welcoming backdrop for ceremonies, receptions, showers, graduation parties, reunions and corporate gatherings.
Our 9,000-square-foot rentable space and 200 free onsite parking spaces make gathering convenient. Concierge service does not include wedding planning.
The venue is raw space without in-house food or beverage service. Outside catering requires approval from our preferred vendor list.
