Nestled at the energetic intersection of SoHo and Tribeca on Canal Street, our loft fully expresses New York's classic charm with a more modern approach. With this space, we pay tribute to the classic New York-style loft life and put it into the context of modern-day content creation and socializing. The aura of NYC is in full display here, presenting a high-energy atmosphere where the city's hallmark architectural prowess is joined by tastefully appointed luxury furnishings.

Our loft provides a perfect setting for a very broad range of creative productions. Whether it's lifestyle photo shoots centered around life at home, film production, brand presentations, meet-and-greet sessions, or exquisite, romantic dinners for two-the space provides a heartfelt welcome.

The chosen furnishings ensure a stylish coziness, leaving each guest-with whom they work, for shoots, or events-feeling sufficiently special.

Please note that the loft is located on the fourth floor (apt #5), classic NYC walk-up style (NO ELEVATOR), and is not soundproofed.

FAQ

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
