TLDR:
-great comms, professional, friendly, and fun!
-had a cooler with ice and bus was equipped with plastic cups and napkins.
-heater (and probably AC) was available
-best rate in the city
-highly recommend for a night out
Had the BEST time with the team here. Luis was super communicative and accommodating the whole time. The night of my event, Luis sent a text message confirming the details of my night including address, pick up, and etc. as well as introducing me to my driver for the evening. Ivette (our driver) arrived early and welcomed us on the bus whenever we were ready! She immediately set me up with the Bluetooth and worked with me to make our stops/journey for the night. They had a big cooler and trash can at the front. The cooler had 1-2x bags of ice with 2 bottles of Champange (1 extra for leaving a review prior). The bus had plastic cups and napkins lined in each cup holder. Plenty of space. Great sound. A little bright at first but Ivette unplugged some lights and that did the trick! When we needed to use the restroom, Ivette was quick to find a spot in Manhattan to pull over near a bar so we can go in and use the restroom. My friend hired a surprise guest and Ivette played along and it was so much fun. Great personality and a great time!!
We went over 1x hr but I paid in cash for the additional time.
Thank you all for an unforgettable night. My friends and I had the best time and it will be a night that will go down in history!
