About Warm 1920's Craftsman w/ Amazing OC Views
We are offering our beautiful classic craftsman for rent for photo shoots and content production. The house was built in 1924 and maintains that charm you would expect from a 100-year-old home.
No Permits Required- we are located in an Unincorporated neighborhood of Orange County, therefore, no permits are required to be pulled from the City of Orange! In our experience, past productions have attempted permit applications through the County of Orange but have been told they are only required for productions of 200+ people, or if roads will be blocked.
We provide an approximate location to help with your planning. We will provide the physical address once a scout or booking is planned.
