About Unita Hermosa Beach
This historic building has served as a beacon of Hermosa’s rich counterculture for the better part of a century. The former HQ of local alternative newspaper, Easy Reader, its occupants challenged the status quo daily – a legacy our members continue today. Every table, chair, mural, and chalkboard has been hand-selected or handcrafted by the Unità family, emphasizing the collaborative spirit and creativity at our core. Come for the camaraderie and stay for the positive vibes, beach culture, and inevitable transformation.
