About Swan Lake Overlook

Swan Lake Overlook is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.

Swan Lake Overlook is a wedding venue centred on a lakeside timber-frame barn and pastoral grounds where swans and other animals are part of the setting.

Venue highlights: An exposed-timber lakeside barn anchors the property and opens onto lawns and terraces that frame the water for ceremonies and receptions. The grounds include multiple outdoor ceremony sites, an indoor backup event room, and a range of lakeside and hilltop spots for photography. A small pond features illuminated fountains that create reflections and serve as an evening focal point.

Best for: Weddings, rehearsal dinners, and weekend wedding retreats that make use of on-site facilities.

Location: The area lies between Dahlonega and Dawsonville in a rural, hilly part of North Georgia that draws weekend visitors. The surrounding countryside offers scenic drives and nearby inns and attractions that guests commonly use to extend celebrations.

What guests say: The event team provided patient, responsive support throughout planning and on the wedding weekend. The on-site accommodation and an available golf cart supported multi-day stays and assisted guests with mobility needs.
