About JC's Burger Bar - Mesquite
In 1999, the inaugural JC's Burger House was born in Plano, TX, bearing the name of its founder, Jay Cockerell, affectionately known as "JC." JC was on a mission to craft a truly authentic, old-fashioned burger experience, and his dedication knew no bounds. As the word spread, patrons returned time and again for those mouthwatering burgers, fueling a growing appetite for JC's creations. By 2003, the second location had sprung up in Allen, setting the stage for expansion.
Over time, JC's Burger grew by granting licenses to carefully selected partners, each entrusted with the operation of their independently owned JC's Burger outlets. The majority of these partners were ardent, long-standing customers who shared a passion for JC's culinary delights.
