Prioritizing comfort, our space features a thoughtfully designed bathroom with a shower and a dedicated kitchen area for catering purposes. Loading and vehicle access are made seamless with an insulated bay door. Ample parking is available both at the front and back of the premises.
Stay connected with high-speed internet access provided by Comcast Gig Speed Internet. Conveniently situated just off the interstate, our facility is easily accessible, ensuring convenience for all your event requirements.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
