The room contains round tables and rectangular tables together with chairs and whiteboards and a TV setup which functions for both presentations and entertainment purposes.
The space includes motion sensor boho lighting fixtures and a seating area which creates a comfortable space that can adapt to different types of events. The building offers two outdoor spaces which renters can access from both the front and back entrances.

-NO smoking in the building
-NO loud music after 10:00 pm
- All events and attendees must be cleared from the venue by 12:00 am
-Outside catering is allowed. (The venue offers catering at an additional cost)
-The use of tape, wires, tacks, nails, and glue to hang decorations is prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage.
- Placements of tables, tents, live music, catering equipment etc. must be approved by VENUE no later than ONE week before the event.
- A liquor liability license must be provided to the venue no later than 48hrs before the event. (If liquor is being sold, served or BYOB.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
