Host rules
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the building
No open flames, confetti, glitter, or fog machines without prior written approval
All decorations must be freestanding — nothing may be attached to walls, ceilings, or AV equipment
Outside catering is permitted — all food and beverage must be cleaned up and removed by end of booking
Alcohol is permitted for private events with valid proof of licensed bartender or caterer
No alcohol service to minors under any circumstances
Production booth and AV equipment must only be operated by Cowo staff or approved AV technician
Guests must vacate the space at the end of the confirmed booking time — overtime will be charged at the hourly rate
Music and sound levels must remain at a reasonable level as directed by venue staff
Maximum capacity of 150 guests must not be exceeded at any time
The booker is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the event
Any damage to the space, equipment, furniture, or AV system will result in an additional charge
Setup and breakdown time must be included within the booked time slot unless otherwise agreed in advance
No outside furniture or equipment may be brought in without prior written approval
Children on site must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
