• No smoking inside the venue.
• Guests are responsible for basic cleanup of personal belongings and trash at the end of the event.
• Damage to the space, furniture, or equipment will result in an additional charge.
• Outside vendors are welcome, but any decor or setup must be approved in advance.
• All events must end by the scheduled rental time, including breakdown.
• Candles must be contained (no open flame directly on surfaces).
• Occupancy is limited to 100 guests.
