This booking is for the private manor only. Select winery areas may be available by request and approval. This can add vineyard and winery backdrops to shoots or events.
The property is fully event- and production-ready. It has hosted weddings, engagement parties, brand activations, photoshoots, commercials, and film productions. Extra rooms and outdoor areas can be used for crew holding, hair and makeup, wardrobe, video village, and staging. Event rentals, production gear, and lighting packages are available on request.
Features include panoramic vineyard and hillside views, a Mediterranean-style layout, large natural-light interiors, and multiple living and entertaining areas. There’s a resort-style pool and spa, outdoor terraces, wraparound balconies, and indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Ceilings are high and the architecture is clean and open.
The estate is gated and private, with a long driveway, motor court, and an on-site fitness studio. Winery views and limited winery access may be available by request.

PRODUCTION RULES
No smoking. No alcohol. No sexually explicit content. No congregating in front of the house. Do not disturb neighbors. Any noise complaint or neighbor disturbance will result in immediate cancellation without refund. All drone use must be approved by the Host in advance.
No animals or pets (waiver $150). Do not move furniture (waiver $100). No eating or drinking (waiver $150). Water and coffee are allowed. Bookings with 16 or more guests may eat and drink without a waiver. Shoe covers must be worn (waiver $100).

ARRIVAL & TIME
Arrive early to allow time for parking and locating the space. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and ends exactly at the time listed in your confirmation email. A 5 minute grace period may be requested if no booking follows. Overtime is charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
ENFORCEMENT & DAMAGES
Violating any rule may result in immediate cancellation without refund. The Host may charge additional fees for violations. Guests are responsible for 100% of repair or replacement costs plus tax and shipping for any damage caused.
