The Board Room is a bright and welcoming space designed for groups of up to 12 people, whether you're hosting a board meeting, training, or a small offsite session. With an exterior window that fills the room with natural light, it offers a refreshing setting for productive gatherings. The room is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a 65" 4K TV, complete with HDMI and adapters, to make sharing presentations easy. If you’re bringing your device, there's also a USB HD video conferencing system ready to go. Need to brainstorm? We’ve got dry-erase whiteboards and markers on hand.
Our on-site staff and AV team are here to help make sure everything runs smoothly. Plus, enjoy coffee and tea—on the house for groups of up to 6, or available for $95 for larger groups. Rates are $60 an hour or $425 for a full day from 9 am to 5 pm. This space is set up to make your next meeting both efficient and comfortable.

Come on in! We are located in the Courthouse Square building one floor above the post office (Floor 3). Follow the signs to your booked meeting room.

Access
You will have access to your meeting room starting 15 minutes before your booking window until 15 minutes after your booking window. If you need additional time, please reach out to a staff member. Additional time isbilled at the hourly rate.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
