About this space
Our event space includes indoor and outdoor areas. The ballroom can be customized with elegant décor. There are two dance floor options and a private bar area. The outdoor ceremony spot offers a beautiful white gazebo in a garden area. It is excellent for outdoor ceremonies!
This venue is ideal for weddings, birthday celebrations, and formal gatherings. The venue can be tailored for dining, dancing, and receptions.
Event offers and packages
Package per person
A package may include:
- 8-hour total rental including 1-hour rehearsal, 2-hour pre-wedding, and 5-hour wedding & reception
- Bridal director for rehearsal and full event day (7 hours)
- Full access to the ballroom, wedding gazebo, party deck, gardens, bridal room, and choice of two dance floors
- Tables, padded banquet chairs, basic linens (white or ivory), and silk floral centerpieces for guest tables and buffet
- Decorated cake table, gift table, punch table, and indoor or outdoor bar area
- Cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres
- Wedding cake
- China, glassware, stainless flatware, and cloth napkins
- Choice of heavy finger food reception or buffet, with the option to upgrade to seated dinner or stations.
- Snack tray and lemonade for the bridal party before the ceremony.
- Big screen TV for slideshow use.
Prices
- Adding more than 100 wedding pavilion chairs costs $2 per extra chair.
- Upgrades are available for colored linens, runners, chair bows, seated dinner service, or food stations.

Host rules
- No smoking in the building.
- Alcohol must be provided by the client, but can only be served by the venue’s bartenders using the venue’s bar setup.
- Pavilion decorations can be moved indoors if the weather requires.
- Rental time includes setup and breakdown; exceeding the agreed time incurs additional fee.
