Space features
The studio is an intimate, lounge-style production space with dark walls and a patterned carpeted floor. The room supports controlled artificial lighting for coloured looks while natural daylight is also available.
Room features: Wi-Fi and air conditioning support streaming and longer sessions. A step-free guest entrance eases access for talent and kit.
Best for: Podcasts, interview-led video and small-scale video productions.
What sets it apart: A built-in PA system and speaker rig provides on-site live audio playback for rehearsals, events and recordings.
1. Overtime
- Overtime will be billed accordingly.
- The space must be vacated, and all items brought in must be removed by the end of your booking.
2. Cleaning and damages
- Guests must leave the space in the same condition as they found it.
- Please respect the space and clean up after your event.
- All equipment and rentals must be removed within your booking time, so be sure to include setup and teardown in your reservation.
- Do not use nails, screws, staples, or any penetrating items on the walls.
- Any tape or adhesive materials must be fully removed.
- Any damage to walls, floors, or furniture will be billed.
3. Furniture and restrictions
- Let us know in advance if you need to move any furniture.
- Glitter and confetti are not allowed.
- Open flames, frying, and any cooking that creates excessive smoke are prohibited.
