The furniture can be moved around completely for the purpose of filming and can be positioned again after the shoots.

All film, TV, commercial, and photoshoot bookings must comply with City of Santa Clarita / FilmLA permitting requirements where applicable.
A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) may be required prior to filming.
Filming is permitted during approved booking hours only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Furniture (tables and chairs) may be moved for filming purposes but must be returned to original placement before the end of the booking.
No smoking inside the building.
No permanent alterations to the space (drilling, painting, adhesives, or mounting to walls/ceilings).
Any damage to the property, furnishings, or fixtures will result in additional charges.
Office areas are off-limits unless prior approval is granted by management.
Noise levels must remain reasonable and comply with local regulations.
All equipment, props, and trash must be removed at the end of the booking.
Management reserves the right to halt filming if house rules or safety requirements are not followed.
