Food & Beverage: Outside catering is allowed. Only licensed and insured vendors may sell alcohol. Please contact for guidelines regarding occasions that require self-service.
Prohibited Items: Absolutely no confetti, glitter, sand, fake snow, or fog machines permitted.
Booking Hours: Setup and teardown time must be included within the contracted booking time.
Maximum Occupancy: The event must not exceed the approved capacity of 45 guests.
Trash Disposal: All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated dumpster.
Security/Noise: Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or illegal substances are not permitted.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
