A second-floor space for intimate gatherings. There's indoor access to a 180-degree view and wrap-around patio. It includes a full kitchen, bathroom, private dressing room, and outdoor stairs. Not ADA accessible; not suitable for events needing special guest access.

Tables, seating, bar, and more included. On-site catering available. Outside licensed caterers are welcome.
