Design: The interior pairs white-painted exposed trusses and steelwork with warm timber flooring and hanging plants, creating a clean industrial aesthetic punctuated by large arched windows.
Features: The venue provides on-site Wi‑Fi and air conditioning plus an integrated PA system and speakers. The space permits external DJs and guest music, the timber floor is suitable for dancing or staged layouts, and accessible toilets are available.

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping anywhere in the building.
• Outside catering is allowed.
• Alcohol is allowed only with prior host approval. No alcohol sales, cash bars, or public alcohol service.
• No open flames, candles, incense, fryers, or cooking that creates smoke, grease, strong odors, or excess heat. We make an exception for Sterno burners used for catering.
• Catering warmers, coffee service, and simple plug-in food service equipment may be allowed with prior approval.
• No glitter, confetti, smoke machines, fog machines, or messy decorations.
• No nails, screws, staples, or anything that penetrates walls, floors, furniture, or fixtures. Painter's tape or removable mounting materials may be used only with approval.
• Music is allowed, but volume must remain respectful of neighboring tenants and the building.
• No excessively loud music, DJs, or amplified sound unless approved in advance.
• Events must remain private and guest-list based. Public ticketed events require prior approval.
• Guests are responsible for setup and teardown within their booked time, unless approved and coordinated with the host ahead of time.
• All food, drinks, decorations, rentals, equipment, and personal items must be removed by the end of the booking.
• Furniture may be moved only with prior approval and must be returned to its original location before departure.
• Please leave the space in the same general condition you found it.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.
• The space is located on the second floor and does not have elevator access. All guests and vendors should be comfortable using stairs.
• Please respect all building common areas, neighboring tenants, and posted building rules.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
