A compact studio area finished with architectural plaster alcoves and a neutral grey floor that creates a contained, low-reflection working surface. The space offers even, controllable illumination and neutral colour balance for studio lighting setups.
Room features: On-site photographic and dedicated lighting equipment supports controlled studio shoots, and a selection of interchangeable backdrops provides immediate background options; a PA system enables music or playback during sessions.
Best for: Portrait and fashion photography, product and still-life shoots, and short-form video or music-video production, including boudoir sessions.

If booking the studio with less than 24 hours notice please message first to confirm availability.
Rental of our studio requires the renter to leave the facility in the same condition as when they began, clean and organized. In the event that the facility is not returned to its original state, the renter will be subject to a $45.00 cleaning fee.
Please note that there is a $100 fee for a fresh white wall, which requires booking starting at 10:00 am to ensure its cleanliness.
In the event that any equipment, fixtures, furniture, etc. are abused, broken or stolen during the rental of the studio, the renter shall be liable for the replacement or repair of such items within 72 hours of scheduled rental.
Absolutely no drugs shall be permitted at the Studio.
No more than 10 people are allowed in the studio at a time. If more people are needed then arraignments must be made prior to the shoot and there is a non refundable $25 cleaning fee.
If the studio or any equipment is damaged from irresponsible or reckless behavior you will be responsible for repair/replacement costs.
Banned items include: glitter, smoke bombs, hay, charcoal powder.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
