4. Outside Alcohol: Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. All drinks must be purchased through The Reserve Room.
5. Seating Courtesy: Lounge seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved. During busy periods, guests are encouraged to be mindful of seating time so others may enjoy the space.
6. Dress Code: Smart casual attire is encouraged. Guests should dress appropriately for our refined lounge environment.
7. Private Events: Reserved spaces are available for approved private gatherings. Event hosts are responsible for their guests and any damage to the property.

9. Responsible Consumption: Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service or entry to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.
10. Property & Safety: Guests must respect lounge furnishings, equipment, and designated smoking areas. Any damage caused by negligence may result in additional charges.
11. Reservations & Events: Private event reservations, deposits, cancellations, and minimum spending requirements are subject to the agreed booking terms.
12. Management Rights: The Reserve Room reserves the right to enforce venue policies and refuse service in accordance with applicable laws.
