Noise: Keep music and noise at a respectful level. Amplified music ends at 10:30 PM.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside any buildings. If allowed outdoors, please dispose of waste properly.

Fire pit: Use the garden fire pit only as instructed and never leave it unattended.

Furniture: Do not move heavy furniture or fixtures without prior approval.

Decorations: Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls, surfaces, or landscaping. No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives.

Cleanup: Guests are expected to leave the space in the condition it was found. All trash must be disposed of properly.

Capacity: Do not exceed the agreed-upon guest count.

Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please tell us about any animals when you book.
